You Can Fulfill Your 'Fantascene Dream' for $1,500 at Tyra Banks' New ModelLand Theme Park

It’s going to be “next level fierce,” as Tyra Banks says.

In May, the supermodel will officially open her model-themed amusement park called ModelLand in Santa Monica, California, reported Daily News.

The project has been 12 years in the making for the “America’s Next Top Model” creator.

On Tuesday, Banks announced that tickets are now available for purchase on Instagram.

"ModelLand tickets on sale NOW! Link in Bio, baby!" she captioned the photo of herself fiercely sitting atop one of the theme park's reception desks.

The 21,000 square foot multi-level attraction allows people to live out their modeling fantasies. In a recent interview, Banks said the idea came to her in New York City.

“I was riding in a car on the East River here in New York City, and I came up with this idea,” she explained. “I was like, ‘What about this? If I created a story about a magical modeling world that, you know, was overtaken by people that said that perfection and what people are saying is perfection is wrong.”

She continued, “'And then I have people take it over, and then maybe I create a place that people can come and live this ultimate fantasy!'”

Tickets for ModelLand are officially on sale at three different prices.

According to its website, the most expensive package is called “Fantascene Dream” for $1,495 plus fees. This includes a $59 General Access fee and a photoshoot that costs $549. It also includes a personal consultation with a fashion and beauty expert, as well as a styling and wardrobe change.

Although it is strictly model-focused, Banks said there will be a lot more features including dining, retail and special events.

“It's not about, like being a professional model. It's not about that," she said. "It's about just coming and taking the most amazing photos and getting tips and tricks and going on a story driven journey."
